General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales of products made on the Tout pour vous website.
By placing an order on our online store, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these conditions without reservation.
2. Orders and Payment
Any order placed on our website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Payment is made online using the payment methods offered at the time of ordering (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
The order is confirmed after payment is validated.
3. Processing and Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives a confirmation email containing tracking information.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered within an estimated 7 to 9 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address and the carrier.
Tout pour vous cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (customs, transport delays, etc.).
5. Returns and Refunds
The customer has a right of return within 30 days from receipt of the order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or defective product attributable to Tout pour vous .
After receipt and validation of the return, the refund will be made within 5 working days via the same payment method used for the order.
6. Products
Tout pour vous strives to present and describe products with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, slight differences in color, size or presentation may exist depending on the screens and production batches.
7. Responsibility
Tout pour vous cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Tout pour vous ' liability, if any, will be limited to the amount of the order in question.

The personal data collected is used solely within the framework of the business relationship between Tout pour vous and the customer.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Belgian and French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
